How do you get 10 guaranteed? I only got some steel tokens when I did a matron run yesterday. No loot boxes.

Matron is for gatherers, you have to do fury if you want loot, spam fury every 30 mins and you can get yourself a few i265 pieces.

People who don't contribute out of the gate still get rewards after the rest of the party slowly slogs through the mission without them. Its not fair and theres no way to get them out of your group.

This is something they should address, missions are the main thing in Diadem, people who do participate should be reportable or they should not get any loot.

I really hope they do. In one run I had 2 dps immediately park themselves on NPC island. Even after the other healer switched jobs we struggled through the entire mission, and leaving wasn't an option because of the 30 minute lockout
