Joining the Diadem and refusing to do a single thing is a real problem.
You can't expect people to do the objective for you. Everyone need to do it together.

These people are doing this because they know we can't do anything against that.

honestly, I would too. Its just a waste of time. The chance of actually getting the weapon is too low for anyone to take it seriously. There are other things I'd rather do than just set myself up for disappointment.

This is precisely because he didn't do anything during the main objectives and twice. Someone even asked him to come to help dps, no response.

Almost every run now is some kind of horror story for me, but last night was a gem.

Get in, finish the mission in about 12 min, everyone flies up to check their loot. And then nothing, just standing there. I ask them if we're gonna do some fates for more boxes or if they intend on sitting on their butts for the rest of the run, they declare butts indeed. Then these lazy bastards have the nerve to tell me "well you're free to do as you wish". No, I am not. I entered to run with a party, not try to solo 4min fates for scraps! And I'm sure as hell not flying around for treasure boxes cause I refuse to let these guys free roll on loot for just standing around!! Follow that by one of the people saying "well running for damaged lockboxes are a waste of time if you know what you're doing". What!? Those are the frikkin loot! That's the point! And the final comment that just broke me was "well you should go fish or something". You bastards if I wanted to fish I wouldn't have entered diadem fury!

So I flew around, purple worm happened, yay, then at 30min I left. I'm glad emergency did not happen cause I was not going to help people like that in any way. And THIS is what has become of diadem in less than a week. You wonder why people sabotage the EM? They probably had a party like mine.

Think on the bright side. When people go afk after objectives thinking that's productive, you can just drop group and queue again and finish another set of objectives while your previous group gets nothing done in the next half hour. You spend the same amount of time inside Diadem but reap twice the rewards. You also leave the afk people with less than a full group which isn't going to help with a potential EM pop.

Why do you want to farm boxes anyways? You only get 2-10 damaged boxes per fate and you need 40 to turn in, if you want loot you're better off leaving and reentering at the 30 mins mark so you get 10 guaranteed loot boxes. 10 guaranteed boxes = 400 damaged, and you won't get 400 damaged farming fates, so you get far more loot just doing the mission over and over.

How do you get 10 guaranteed? I only got some steel tokens when I did a matron run yesterday. No loot boxes.

Matron is for gatherers, you have to do fury if you want loot, spam fury every 30 mins and you can get yourself a few i265 pieces.

People who don't contribute out of the gate still get rewards after the rest of the party slowly slogs through the mission without them. Its not fair and theres no way to get them out of your group.

This is something they should address, missions are the main thing in Diadem, people who do participate should be reportable or they should not get any loot.
