I'd be willing to accept Blue Mage as a Tank.

For a healer, Dancer seems obvious. Wouldn't be against a Blue Mage healer though.

Another option would be a Beast Master incorporating elements of Morpher. Tanking stance(form) turns you into a Tiger.

Never heard of it. Was thinking of the models we have in-game right now and the only one people I know would consider wanting to use would be the Tiger models from Hullbreaker HM.

Also please Yoshida do not make it not function as a DoW/DoM - don't care if it has goofy leveling/ability obtaining mechanics but make it a job that one can party with.

And another job I'm concerned how it would balance, perhaps it only has many options of one type of role instead of many roles, but I like transforming jobs. (Druid from WoW is easy example, was also thinking expanded / slightly more changed to not step on SMN toes Terra Brandford). Nightmare for balance if it can role change though, so perhaps just variations of role control of a single role)

Seems more like a transformation from Tiger Man into Tiger. Not sure I'd want to see a Hyur becoming a monkey, although a Lalafell turning into a Popoto would be extremely amusing...

Gunblade could be cool as a DPS. Also, a DPS job that could charm various beasts in the wild like Hunter in WoW and use them.
