Players have a little more than a 1% chance of getting a weapon and a bit more than a .1% chance of getting the specific weapon they want on top of a rare chance of seeing the event.

The rarity of the weapon doesn't matter if SE internalizes the message that they can band-aid half baked ideas with incredible amounts of RNG and top-tier gear.
