hi I'm reporting in from Faerie as well and can say our city's are very, very active with all sorts of people running around. Im also seeing lots of sprouts running around as well (very nice sight). I transferred from Exodus, and am very much enjoying this server much muuuuch more. Also, aside from FC's rooms you can also purchase an apartment as well. Each housing district has an apartment complex that are very nice, have their own teleports/MB/stables menders and all, so they are very much a complete package. also just because you have an apartment or fc room, doesn't limit you to only having that. you can have a FC room, an apartment and a house all at the same time

Hi, it is nice to hear housing is still very much available on Faerie server..I have been considering transferring there for this very reason. It seems on Balmung, houses and apartments, even for the new expansion, are already unofficially reserved. I would say that the difference between a Legacy and non-Legacy servers are still very much apparent, which deters sprouts like me. Thank you for posting, it helped greatly!
