Soo... apparently Diadem has i280 weapons with higher WD than alexandrian/anima lux

So apparently the emergency missions are totally random? So no skill involved to get them to spawn, just RNG and then RNG for the drops

Just what I wanted, a chance of a chance and then roll for stats. Horrible design.
EDIT: I forgot! Technically it's four levels of RNG because you have to RNG the right wep for your class before rolling stats
