at the very last patch we have to do a dungeon as MSQ required
which the dungeon have 230 il requirement
if a player do MSQ only, he/she can only grind Tomestone of Lore to gear a full set of 230
but the player will not reach il230 by it, since no weapon and missing 1 ring
thus, the player have to grind scripture to exchange some 260 gear
not to mention how limit weapon will be
I am not against setting iL for leveling and MSQ dungeon, but the dev have to make sure they have provide enough way to obtain equipment during the MSQ or NPC selling them

60 dun or leveling is not the issue in my thread, it is SE put a MSQ dung with a specific iL requirement which would appear to be not so easy to reach by doing MSQ only
what I am trying to say is, if leveling dungeon is going to have il requirement, this Baelsar's Wall 230 non-sense have no room in 4.9
either they have to give out main hand progression in MSQ, NPC vendor or drop in lower level MSQ dung
The thing you have to remember is you're talking about a 3.5 MSQ.only assuming new player would do Midas story and PotD

There are 5 full patches between hitting fresh level 60 and the MSQ you're talking about. It's rather expected that a player grinds gear between 3.0 and 3.5 to some extent.
You can't just finish 3.0 and expect to keep zerging MSQ until 3.5.. There's like 1.5 years worth of content there.
