    If you demolish your personal house, it will go back to how much you originally paid for. 3mil+ for smalls, 16mil+ for mediums, and 40mil+ for large.

    You also have to be the leader of the FC to buy it as an FC house. Make sure to have your gil ready to buy it immediately after relinquishing it or else someone may snipe it.

    While (probably) correct the more accurate way of phrasing it is that it will be the maximum starting price for that size/grade.
