Umm, I assumed from the title that the question was about which duty gave the most story content and background information per second spent inside it.

I had similar thoughts when I clicked on the link. I thought it might be the most efficient way to plow quickly through Main Scenario quests without missing on any of the important storyline bits. Like, "You can click through the Titan cutscenes, but be sure to slow down and watch Nanamo's banquet..." That kinda thing. (Not that I'd agree with that particular case, as I felt the Titan cutscenes DID convey some important bits of lore - but I digress.)
