Stop Giving the "Need" Command for Drop Gear in Dungeons to Higher Geared Players!

Something much simpler: make the "need" option available to everyone.
This goes in line with the people who want to keep rolling "need" too.

So... basically: remove "need", replace it with "greed" and make sure no one ever gets an item for the class they're on...?
