Eh, just going with removing the mount as a drop when a new part of the raid has been released should make it exclusive enough, with the one from the last raid part in an expansion being removed as a drop when the Echo is applied to it.
All I see is increasing the amount of ppl that buy clears lul you may say ppl can boost friends on ranked leaderboards but who is actually willing to account share that is against ToS anyways? right only very few
Even though I wouldn't mind exclusive stuff for server first/second etc. in pve
Nea, I don't think that would be all that great. People already buy savage runs for gear and mounts, it wouldn't really make it exclusive it would just make those raiders that sell those runs TONS richer.

So just like light party win trading?
But it would be, since it'd only be available for the duration of the part of the raid being current content.

Pretty much all raid sells when they werent 7-mannable like early A8S clears were account shared. You would be amazed how many buyers are willing to share their account. And as most of them get gil through RMT they don't care about ToS anyway.
Starting late isn't even that great of an excuse. Plenty of players started late or even reset the last week of the season and made it on the board.

I don't know whether you were directing the last part to me or whatnot, but I wasn't complaining, and actually disagreeing with the OP. I tried feast, I don't like it, and I could care less what rewards they offer. I'm not going to be upset over something I didn't try for at all. I think some people should get special rewards and keep them, instead of giving them away to the entire community...
But if that's not what you meant, my bad for reading it wrong.
Idk about your data center, but on mine, there was a concerted effort to rotate players into LP queue to block win-traders, coordinated by the pvp discord (I'm there socially because I didnt compete S3, just nice to read about other ppl interested in pvp). I don't think wintraders were able to get anything on Primal, but I could be wrong (didn't participate so I wasn't glued to the who's who).I think you're overestimating the amount of players who actually have those mounts. Besides, wintrading in Light Part Feast already devalued the mount.
But if SE is going to stick with exclusive PvP mounts, let's make the 4.0 raid mounts exclusive as well. It'd only be fair.
I, personally, am completely pro-exclusive rewards, for PVP and PVE. Things are so much more interesting when they're not flooding my screen. Hunting someone down with Astrope/Firebird just to see it, it's fun to watch.
