    there is no 260-270 head for mch, you are stuck using 250. same goes for neck gear and hands. For hands you have to just suck up having the useless skill speed. Why does MCH have to be stuck on 260/270 for ring and brd can have 270/270? This is just a few examples how there is not enough gear options. It was also the same for Feet till dun fixed that for having a 260, same with belt I think.

    However, healer gets hits the worst because of accuracy. SE does not know how to balance stats and it is time people get outspoken on it. I think this started off with the too heavy nerf to Det? Now everyone wants crit, the nerf did nothing.
