...I imagine they're concerned because many businesses will quite happily exploit their customers if given the opportunity. The whole 'businesses exist to make money' argument has always been rather silly. Yes, they do - but there's more important things than pure profit and the developers of The Witcher 3 proved that you don't need to charge for micro-transactions at every turn in order to bring forth a profitable, successful game. I myself purchase items from the Mog Station fairly regularly so I am admittedly part of the problem.Why is everyone so concerned about a business making money? Are the developers, producers, artists, community team and company supposed to do this for good will? So what if they make extra by selling things on Mog Station? Whether it's used to re-invest in the game providing more content or features or to simply give bonuses to people, what you get out of spending money on the Mog Station is a digital in-game item. You bought it, you got it, be happy.
