With the moving feature, does that mean if I want to buy my own personal house after saving literally forever I won't get to because the mansion FC's get first dibs on moving their current plot into the nice new Shirogane plots? No disrespect, but that will make me sad. I have a personal real estate dream.

It would mean the same thing as always with housing, first come first serve. Get there first with enough gil to purchase the plot and it's yours. If the login servers and timing aren't on your side you'll probably have to settle for something else (if anything's available). Good luck getting a mansion if that's what you're after. Gil is more abundant and looking at the video they didn't increase the number of mansion slots, so that's only 72 new ones up for grabs.

Are housing prices still planning to be unified? That is, all servers are set at the same prices, what was it (50 million for mansion plot?) and depreciating every 6 hours? Otherwise, it turns into other players flipping the houses for 100% markups etc.?

That hasn't come up at all yet that I'm aware of. They may adjust prices again but it's probably easier for them and us to keep everything unified.

All houses cost the same across all servers, this was implemented a long time ago. I remember paying 20mil for the very first small plot I ever had, lol.

With the new wards not being released until sometime after 4.0 it makes me want to stop the auto demolition of my FC house. I remember last time it said it would come "some time after" a patch and it was close to 6 months. I am so on the fence about it really. I have time, but waiting 45 days seems like not a long time but it is for someone who is waiting lol.

There's 112 days until Stormblood is being launched. Even if you started the timer now and even if housing were ready at launch, that's 67 days you'd be waiting without a house. I'd keep it and wait out some more information on the move ability. We don't know pricing or anything else on moving. If it gets close enough and you still don't have info (or you gain more by letting the house melt) you can get the demo timer going. Otherwise you might be without a hou... I just noticed you're on Mateus. You're not going to have trouble finding a house are you? ;D
