


That hasn't come up at all yet that I'm aware of. They may adjust prices again but it's probably easier for them and us to keep everything unified.

All houses cost the same across all servers, this was implemented a long time ago. I remember paying 20mil for the very first small plot I ever had, lol.
With the new wards not being released until sometime after 4.0 it makes me want to stop the auto demolition of my FC house. I remember last time it said it would come "some time after" a patch and it was close to 6 months. I am so on the fence about it really. I have time, but waiting 45 days seems like not a long time but it is for someone who is waiting lol.
Nothing we've been told so far indicates that FCs get first dips at Shirogane. What they may or may not get (the wording has been unclear) is first dibs at the Move feature. Even if FCs do get access to the Move feature before those with personal houses do, this will not effect you. Since you do not currently own a house, you don't have to worry about whether or not you will have access to the Move feature. The only thing you have to worry about is the mad rush to buy a plot as soon as they become available.With the moving feature, does that mean if I want to buy my own personal house after saving literally forever I won't get to because the mansion FC's get first dibs on moving their current plot into the nice new Shirogane plots?No disrespect, but that will make me sad. I have a personal real estate dream.
Not yet. And since Shirogane plots aren't being unlocked until some time after 4.0, I doubt we'll get any more information about Moving until at least 4.1 patch notes.
So no real confirmation on how the moving feature will work? Like if we have a medium house can we upgrade to a mansion? or do we have to have an existing mansion in the current housing areas to get a mansion in the Shirogane?

Does anyone know how much housing would cost for a plot there? (I want it so badddd) ;; I probably won't get one, cause I only have 1mil, but in a place like Balmung... any estimates?

I think its very unlikely that pricing in Shirogane will be any different than any other housing ward. An arbitrary increase in price, just because the area is new, serves no purpose other than as a barrier to entry to the people least likely to be able to monopolize multiple houses anyway.
Anyone able to afford multiple housing will hardly notice an increase in the plot cost and anyone who struggles to afford housing right now will find Shirogane completely out of reach financially. Which doesn't seem to make much sense.
I don't see any logical reason SE would make Shirogane any more expensive than the other wards.

Adding to the above, the current prices are (unchanged since patch 3.3):
Small: 3 to 3.75 mil (Permit = 450k)
Medium 16 to 20 mil (Permit = 1 mil)
Large: 40 to 50 mil (Permit = 3 mil)
Just to clarify, the purchase price is only for the land, the house is the permit and can either be bought direct from the placard at the house for the prices above, or can be traded from other players (or bought on marketboard where someone has listed one).

Was talking about this with my friend if the new houses would be eastern style
