I also suggest you look up the word "harrass" . People who do nothing to you other then enjoy their play style is no form of harassment. In fact Im willing to bet its just the opposite.

By being part of a group you are supposed to work together for a goal. Someone intentionally working against the group is harassment as far as I'm concerned. They are knowingly slowing the run down.
