New Housing Zone + Moving existing house

Yes please~ I'm sure they'll be saving this sort of stuff for live letters and future information releases (not to be given out on forum due to request, I imagine) so hopefully we can make sure this question gets asked or at least a beautiful CM reads it.

I'm afraid they'll get asked something that only asks a quarter of what we want to know lol. Or they'll go over some details but not quite all. We need lawyer contract details! The fate of our gils rely on it :3

I think at the moment what's really being wondered is:

1. Will the transfer system be released at the same time of Shirogane, if not how soon after housing release?
2. Is the system for both personal and FC? If only FC (as wording was used) will personal housing receive this feature later?
3. Of course, how will the feature function - if not specifically mentioned during feature explanation, can you go up or down a plot size while moving FC?
4. What kind of fee can we expect to pay if we wish to transfer? Full price of a new plot? A partial cost depending on the size of the estate? [Altena edit ]

Related, but not on transfer:
1. Will players who do not own the expansion be able to teleport to the expansion housing area if their FC is in that area? Similarly, can you have a personal house there if you don't own the expansion? (Basically, is Shirogane expansion restricted?).

Since it was part of your first question, I was just listening to the wording and I believe this is a quite close paraphrase of the transfer feature:
"When the time is right we will open up plot purchasing in Shirogane, as well as implement accompanying moving feature to make it easier for your FC to move to this area"

If the tool is not to transfer cross areas I'll be dumb, because I don't understand how it couldn't be for that explicit purpose lol. Although again, the size up size down thing was never mentioned at all - just a personal side result I'd like to see from the system (if not at release, later).
