    Both of these are true. Your own dots are listed first, with green countdown timers instead of white, and there is a UI option so that only your own debuffs will be shown under the target's health bar. (This unfortunately also includes if you switch to healer and target a party member; you won't see any debuffs under the main health bar of your target when you target a party member)

    While technically true, as the setting is present, it does not work correctly during fights with a large number of people.
