Yes. If your PC is not at a ps3's level then you may need a new PC. New engine will have more settings so you can make it run on lower end PC's so you don't need to worry. If you can run it now you will be fine then.
For clarrification. When this game first came out I bought an off the shelf Gateway FX6820. Its specs did not quite match the stated requirements but I have had no problems playing the game since launch. All I was saying is that the information tyhat SE has provided that SE provided implies that there should be no need to upgrade your current hardware to accomidate the new engine and the PC somewhat below this can be used.
