That relies on A) PotD scaling above level 60 and B) there being no MSQ dungeons. If you want to level through the MSQ on a DPS expect extremely long queues for the first couple of months.

But PotD scaling doesn't need to be above 60, it'll scale you back appropriately like it always has on earlier floors.
