Questions regarding Stormblood Pre-orders or Collector's Edition

So as of right now Best Buy's website make not mention of any pre-order bonus or even Early Access and they seem to know nothing about it either. As this response from a best buy community rep.

I apologize for the delay in our response, as we’re still catching up from the holidays and are working as quickly as we can to respond to posts. That said it’s great to hear so much interest for this expansion that’s still months away, so I’ll do my best to answer your questions.

Unfortunately we’re unable to provide any specific information about the pre-order bonuses or early access timing for this title yet. As release approaches though we’ll more than likely update the product page with more details as they become available, so be sure to keep an eye out there for more information. In the meantime if you have any other questions please feel free to reply.

Sorry if this has already been answered but if you preorder the physical PS4 version through the Square-Enix store will you also get the exclusive ps4 theme/avatar or is that available only to psn preorders?

Most likely as the game gets closer to release the other major retailers will get information on how to go about pre-orders for the expansion so just hang in there

That for ordering through the psn store

Uh the PC players mentioned some code that you get for the collector's edition. I'm guessing that you dont need that if you bought it from the PSN store?

If you bought through the PSN store everything is included and no further action is needed.

I bought the Collectors edition abd I wont be able to use that to update the version I bought on steam? ugh.

If you bought the initial game through steam you'll have to get the expansion through steam.

Ordered the digital collectors edition this morning on PS4 and had some questions.

1. Do we get both the regular and CE bonus items?
2. When do we get said items?
3. Do i need to register it on Mogstation to receive the items including the PS4 theme?

2. When expansion launches, 20th of June, most likely.
3. As far as I know, the PlayStation system automatically flags your account with it.
