It seems to only affect NA users? I had an FC member who has a EU account go and able to get to the paypal screen and get through. He did state that his is EU.
I can only confirm that my account is NA.

If EU accounts works then it seems like NA only issue... One other thing that you can do is buy a Gametime card from Amazon. The 60 days Gametime card $29.99
Unless you're a Legacy with discounted subscription then you'll have to wait to use Paypal. Hopefully they'll fix it very soon.

A bit off topic, but I dont want to make a new thread...

It would be nice, if people were able to buy time cards, at the Legacy account rate.

9.99$ instead of 14.99$, or rather,

19.99$ instead of 29.99$ since you cant actually buy 30 day time cards.

Or even more simply, when applying a 60 day time card to a Legacy account, it then becomes a 90 day time card, since that would be the actual rate.
