Thou not a Mentor myself (thou I can get the crown, I just don't want it) I have never kicked a person for low DPS in a 4-man dungeon EVER (going AFK without warning or DC'd sure but not for low DPS) i'd rather try several times & having ppl eather leave outa frustration or a vote-abandon passing then kick someone for being "low" or "Barely" geared.

Sure having the player-base declared "Essential" cross-class skills is a good idea just the only class I can see actually having 1 skill they NEED no matter what is Provoke from GLD for DRK/WAR, sure Invigorate or Swift cast is helpful but not exactly a NEED more a "Good idea to have to make you stronger/adaptable"
