2.55 removed the weekly restriction on Final Coil, so likely yes.

EDIT: People are mentioning the "March" patch, but I don't think it's likely we are getting a patch in March since Feb 27/28 is borderline March anyways.

They've said several times that there will be a March patch. Until they announce a delay to 3.56 we should still assume that is when it will appear. If it arrives at the end of March there's only 10 weeks or thereabouts until the beginning of Stormblood pre-release.

I know they've said it multiple times, but they also said Spring 2015 for Heavensward but we got that in June. They also said that we'd get FC alliances, but that's not come to fruition. They've said a lot of things that have changed over time. I don't take it as concrete unless it says so, and as it says 3.55 and they said 3.5 will be split betwen 3.5 and 3.55, then I am led to believe this is 3.5 part 2.

Thing is, they have listed 3.55 and 3.5 part 2 as separate things on the same timeline, with one expected feb and the other march.
