Gatherer bots don't hurt crafters, gatherer bots hurt gatherers. People who are as self centered as you and focus solely on crafting are as happy to see bots gathering as much as you are.

"Less money" meaning the transaction amount from a sale is a meaningless metric. Profit margin is the useful metric. Bots deflate prices faster and harder than an actual player would. Do you really think that the crafters that you so despise are going to pass along the savings to you? They're still going to charge what the market will bear for the item no matter how cheaply they acquire mats and increase their own profits as much as they can.

I got put off rated feast by cheaters. When someone with the Heavy status can run faster than a sprinting ninja, it's not fun.

Also this. I jack up the price if I am the only one selling the item on the MB, even if I got all the mats free from gathering.. Eheheh...

I agree, gatherer bots actually help crafters, in the way of cheap crystals and mats. It's the gatherers that suffer.

Then why should we care about gatherer bots? The only ones suffering are those people who play MMO just so they can be a miner, a botanist, and a fisher. It's like 2-3 people per server anyway.

It would be wonderful if the producers remove the in-game rewards from PvP Feast Ranked Solo/Group, there should be just "titles" as rewards maybe if it's just a title we will see less cheaters in the game.

I was a active PvPer Feast player (Silver tier S1-S2), I took a break from feast to focus on Savage content for a while, I tried to get back to Feast so I played 2 PvP Ranked match this current season and I witnessed popular well-known PvPers cheating and purposely losing the match.

First match I got this tank who seemed like he was new to PvP Feast Rank, he let the healer free cast heals the entire run and he was only going hitting the other tank. I told him to get the healer, he wouldn't listen to me and kept on hitting the other tank. In the end we lost, I couldn't kill anyone because the healer was free casting and healing everyone, I tried to get the healer but the DPS would gang up on me.
Second match: I got the SAME tank and group, I told the tank in caps to please focus the healer and don't let the healer free cast again and please stop focusing the tank. He then told me in the partychat that he is this guy "Hey, Ralph... it's me (name) this is my alt" I was shocked when he said he was the tank who I admired since S1 , he didn't play like that tank at all. In his main character, he would tank so good as a warrior and even kill the healer himself... but his alt warrior played nothing like this, it was just a confused warrior looking for a loss.

In other words, he played like a newbie not knowing what he is doing and making rookie mistakes.... I lost my second match even though I told him to focus the healer, I noticed that the entire group from the other team ganged up on me ONLY. I was a SMN and I gottem 3-4 kills and we were ahead, the tank had most medals but for some reason he ran to the group and died.


I knew he was cheating and did not wanted to win. I don't understand why people have "alts" for PvP, there's NO weekly lockouts for PVP loot or anything, the only reason he got an alt is to cheat the game and help the other side win. I noticed there's a few well-known so called "good/pro" PvP players who recently made PvP "alts" as well. I have seriously lost my respect to every single player who I used to admire in PvP Feast.

These new "rewards" has only enabled cheaters to cheat more and get away with it.

Not sure if it was mentioned in this thread before but there are cheaters in Gold Saucer too.

Players, standing idle, seemingly never below an afk icon, playing the same mini-game non-stop for hours and hours. If these people aren't bots... I don't know what they are... I worked hard these past 3 days to get my Archon Throne but no doubt they can achieve what I accomplished in a week at best by doing nothing.

It is very frustrating and even game killing for a returning player hoping to get back into the game. Witnessing such obvious and unpunished cheating is making me already lose hope for the game I was hoping to enjoy again.

I told you 2-3 Times already before that Gatherer Bots gather 24/7 and hurt Gatherers that Way by putting 99x Stacks on the entire Marketboard.

Who in the hell would buy 99x Stacks of Luminium Ores / Smithsonite Ore or Meteorite as a Crafter? Nobody, so it does indeed hurt the Crafters.

There you have it.

You should hate them simply because those People Cheat in a MMORPG involving other People playing it. Given the Fact you pay for the Game, you play via Hand and they don't do it.

Damn, I pay the Subscription mainly because I want a Community that is Active and not being automated by Bot Programs where you can't even speak to People if the Game would be infested.
