I would love a way to tell people they are wearing the wrong gear....
Or that they shouldn't ten stack....
Or explain how medals work...
Or tell a specific person to take medals
Or have a specific person take the defense buff.... especially not the tank
Oh geez, we are going to have about 100 SE made macros at this point of approved dialog that we need to function in Feast.
Yeah, no need any suggestion from us. Just remove it.
Good to know that they are at least paying attention to this thread, considering that it didn't even take them an hour to delete my and ThirdChild's latest post. :^)
As for making suggestions, I think it should be abundantly clear what the majority wants: re-activate the chat, assign GMs to monitor misbehaviour of any kind and mute players, as well as making them use the chat-emote system, who have been justifiably reported for X-times during Y-period. If you don't have or can't be bothered to spare those ressources, it shouldn't be your community that has to suffer for it. I can guarantee you that right now considerably more players are negatively affected by the recent changes than there have ever been players who were grieved in a serious and reportable manner while playing The Feast / PvP in general.
To be fair, I reported a disgusting post from a pro-banner (my bum hole is quite free of venereal disease, I assure you Ms. Deleted Post), so it's not like they're showing favoritism. I don't get why they deleted the one post in the other thread showing the OP's awful Feast score, though - that's public information to everyone who participated in the match. I guess it fell under "naming and shaming"?
Well if you are going to make a claim like "pvp feast is better without the chat" don't we have a right to know the background of the person to understand where they are coming from? It is like trying to prove there is too much toxicity because someone refused to cooperate then wonder why they are getting chewed out for wiping the alliance for the 5th time.To be fair, I reported a disgusting post from a pro-banner (my bum hole is quite free of venereal disease, I assure you Ms. Deleted Post), so it's not like they're showing favoritism. How come we do not remove the kick feature because that can be abused? I mean this degree of censorship is too much, and from what I stand, is being done because GMs can't handle all the harassment reports (meaning PvP and PvE) so lets target the smallest population group and hope it does not invoke a huge backlash like banning PvE chat would of caused (even though you need PvE chat less then PvP)

I won't contest the mods decision to delete that post, but I stand by what I said. I conduct myself and those I've been happy to help learn to PvP too well to sit idly by and have us defamed and labeled something negative. Just as well, I've met and played with and against too many people who have shown themselves to be well above the common misconceptions about PvPers. I certainly won't cause any trouble here, but I will speak up if someone tries to spread mistruths about PvP or its players.
