Why is game entitlement a thing and people think they deserve every item in the game?

People keep going on about nerfs and unsync like its the samething a nerf and an unsync is no where near the same thing not even close. If a nerf was enough then people waiting to do Alexander or extreme primals from Hw wouldnt be waiting until it goes unsync to do it.

A nerf brings something down from its hardest possible level it does not however take the challenge away totally , unsync in an 4 to 8 man party takes it away 100 percent. Nerfs are not the same, and also nobody cares about showing off a mount, I dont care if people see me with this or that mount or this or that bird. Its about people shouldnt get rewarded for not doing anything but taking the easy route, its about honor and integrity. If someone is a college student makes all As then that person who made Fs better not get the same reward as the person who actually put in the work. If your in a race if you arent in the top three you get nothing you failed , thank you for participating thats your reward. Nobody cares about being a special snowflake are showing off to all the people in the realm at least I dont, its about a set of people playing the game and putting fourth effort to have it demeaned by people who dont want to do that but they get the samething.

I am a craft mentor you cant compare crafting to actually clearing the hardest content in the game, this game is based off of battle content, not crafting. You dont give people something for nothing and paying to run a clear and being dead the whole fight you dont deserve a single thing go get the moogle mount, are that gold saucer mount something you can earn yourself. Im not opposed to rewards for buyers but the reward should stop at the clear is the reward why cant stop it stop at mission complete ,for entitled people it has to go further than that and you want stuff that people actually put in work to do and you did nothing.
