Have you forgotten what even started this thread? Far more people have spoken out against this than for it. If the opposite were true, the responses following this would be a lot more supportive and favorable, wouldn't you agree?

As for the idea of "Now we just have to deal." No. No we don't have to just deal with anything. If that were so true, we'd all be playing 1.0 still. Accept it as something you can control if you like, but that's how you give up your power to affect change.

Thing is, top players do communicate beyond what's simply offered. Always have, always will. The idea of trying to stop good players from communicating is self defeating both in that they will find a means to do so on their own, and they will not go out of their way to do so with casual players. New people lose out either way; with no experience to fall back upon or consult (unless they actively seek it out beyond the game itself), and cannot make effective calls in the moment besides. Another important point to consider is that SE themselves once said they would not offer native voice chat because they didn't want players to feel obligated to use it (and this itself is already an often debated issue even with PvE content), but this chat restriction has effectively forced people who want to play well to use it. Granted, most wouldn't be against using it anyways, as I said before, but what was once an option is now practically a necessity.
