    They did. Yet they said the relic will never be as good as the current raid wep. But in 3.55, we won't be on this period anymore, we will be on pre-4.0. And they want non raiders to be at the same level as raiders for 4.0

    Which in reality won't matter much since you'll start swapping gear 3-4 levels into the new content.
