I would call it a lack of a patience as well as a lack of consideration for others. Yes, this sort of thing can happen even if you were doing a great job. I will say, however, that DPS jobs are most prone to this due to that role being the easiest to replace.

If someone DC I would wait at least 5 minutes before considering a replacement. It's just basic consideration for me. And it work both ways, If it would be me who temporarily lost connection, I would be happy to log back and to see that the team have waited for me.
