    Just Hit Lvl 60.

I apologize if this has been asked already, I am taking the lazy approach.

I just hit lvl 60 and completed the Havensward quest. I currently am ilvl 144, which i know is very low.

I was just wondering what the most efficient way to gear up and raise that ilvl would be. I know there are plenty of different routes to take but was just looking for a good way to get started and what to focus on first.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

    Congrats on 60!

I geared up recently on an alt and I'm happy to help.

Have you picked up Centurio seals hunting? If not, you can pick it up at the Forgotten Knight. If you've got another job you're still leveling, you can do the lower level marks on that job. And if you haven't attuned to all aether currents everywhere, unlocking flight in all zones, you'll want to do that, too.

Hunting seals will get you some level 200 gear which you can upgrade to 210.

You'll also want to unlock Neverreap and Fractal Continuum. Run those for lore, you get a first time lore bonus, and see how far you can get with hunting seals gear and whatever lore pieces you can get. Unlock Alexander Normal by talking to the goblin at Idyllshire (can't remember which one) and run the Alexander Gordias floors. Drops from those floors can also help with filler gear.

Keep doing hunting Bill's and unlocking all the 60 dungeons you can, need on all the dungeon gear you can need on, and your next priorities should be unlocking Void Ark, meeting minimum ilevel for that, continue to use lore to upgrade to 230 pieces, continue to unlock Alexander floors, repeat until you've replaced all the gear you can.

Each dungeon and 24 man will have increasingly higher gear minimums. After completing Void Ark you can unlock Weeping City, then Dun Scaith, but you need to meet minimum levels for both.

You'll want to unlock all of these:

Between hunting and running the 60 dungeons you should have enough to get started. Good luck!

What I would do is do what ever roulette's you can to stock up on Lore/Scripts.
Buy some Tome gear till you can go into the 24-man raid Void Ark, from there Weeping City. The Weekly lock is off on those two.

    Well, it depends!

The gist is that you should acquire tomestones, because those can be used to acquire i230/260 (lore/scripture respectively) gear. The most "efficient" way is probably to just spam aetherochemical research facility over and over for the 150 lore tomes, but you might go insane in the process.
If you want to break the monotony: At i175, you can start with the 24 man raid series and grab some quick loot freebies in there (if you're lucky). Void Ark has i200 items, the follow up i230 and the follow up to that i260. It also gives lore tomes, so that's a plus! Palace of the Dead also gives tomes and you can work towards a new weapon in the process (at least an i235 weapon can be gotten fairly quickly through it).

Hunts for tomes and hunt seals will get you a combination of 210 230 and 260 gear, for weapon probably fastest/biggest upgrade is to do PoTD for the kinna weapon. As your ilvl goes up you'll get access to higher level dungeons that drop gear between i160 and 245 depending on how far along you've progressed.

    Um, if i may suggest.

QUE FOR PvP. The Garo event is going on now so instant que pretty much. You get i235 gears/weapon for stupid cheap! Not to mention all of the tomes you are getting from those ques

with that, you meet all the 24 man raids (even Dun Scaith's min requirement). Use those 24 man raid for gears and tomes. (remember, Dun Scaith only gives you 1 drop a week, choose wisely friend). and there is a chance you could get in to Alexander The Creator for i250 gears and stuff.

Oh, did i mention that Garo event i235 gears/Weapon are STUPID CHEAP? with in 2 days you can get to i235!

I wasn't suggesting that at all. if that give you the wrong impression. the ilvl cap you can get now is i271, so i wound't sugest wearing i235 in stuff.

But seeing how tome grinding is a long process get in the 3.5 contents... I think the pvp i235 gears is the best way for time vs reward. Of course you will get Lore and Scriptures along with wolfmarks so an even faster chance to gear up

PvP gear is a massive jump (likely) if you're fresh level 60 though, helping you get into the story no problem, and earn you stones for gear you actually want to wear later lol.

(It misses some stats depending on what you're doing but so long as you check that you're not missing a billion accuracy they're not bad at all, until you can replace them).
