PoTD in a cross-world party?

The raids used to be like this (You would go to the NPC to get in) but now they are queueable so I don't think it's out of the question.

PotD and Diadem are more special than the raids. For Diadem you have to pay an item, and for PotD there are those 2 save files and party lock.

Throw in extra flag for cross-server save file. Save files based on character ID or charactername*servername + job per slot. ID would be better in case name changes.

Remove the same amount of gil when you enter instead of having to have an item. Same difference.

Main reason they are probably not cross is the NPC interaction so they have to redo them to be queueable I guess.
