Racism aside, the dev team through Yoshi-P opened that can of worms by attempting to put language/region specific servers on the table. While some issues come up organically by themselves sometimes it's better not to kick the sleeping tiger.

Thats like saying "It's his fault I'm racist, he put the thought in my head!"

Don't talk rubbish.

More importantly If I was Japanese and given the option to play on a JP only server I would jump at the chance, its common sense to choose the server with the population you have most in common with.

Racism doesn't even come in to it.
