In the AST defense here, those cards are obviously meant for dps, meaning the AST is given the choice here. It was likely that the AST just chose the BLM as the better carrier of the card's effects.Decided to do a level 60 dungeon roulette, watched as an AST only carded the BLM. For large pulls, that made sense, but even on bosses the AST was throwing only their Balances and Arrows onto the BLM. So the NIN politely asked if they could have a couple cards too, even if it was only on bosses. The AST said nothing, but then decided to throw every single Ewer on the NIN and refused to heal him. It was pretty ridiculous, I'd never seen a healer do that before. They were quickly vote dismissed after the 2nd boss when it became apparent what was happening.
Now if he was carding him with things like spire, ya head tilt, but if the AST feels like the BLM will use a balance better than the NIN, it's the AST's choice. I've both seen and performed BLM damage more than Ninja's, although I'm counting those that don't toy with enmity and use those bars to tell. What else is the AST meant to base their choice off of?

I'll admit I'm guilty of this on occasions. It's not deliberate though.
Usually it's if I get home and hit a queue and it says average wait time 25 minutes and 35th in the queue then dinner is going in the oven.
It's only ever a problem if that queue then pops 5-10 mins later....
If I queued it up and it said average wait 5 mind and 4th in the queue then I'd leave dinner till I got in and finished.

The NINs rotation was fine. During trash, yeah I would have carded the BLM too. But during bosses, the NIN surpassed the BLM who was either nervous, forgot the fights, or just wasn't used to the sync, because they were losing Eno a lot.In the AST defense here, those cards are obviously meant for dps, meaning the AST is given the choice here. It may be the AST's choice, but the NIN had every right to ask. And they did as politely. And I mean incredibly politely. Something like, "Hey, astro.Would it be okay if you could toss me some balances? Even if it's just during bosses, I would really appreciate it.
" The AST didn't respond and started giving Ewers to the NIN, which they had been previously discarding (not Royal Roading, but manually clicking off Ewers and Spires). So the NIN apologized for asking, again being polite about the whole thing. During the 2nd boss the NIN almost died to room AoEs 'cause the AST didn't throw them a single heal (and even avoided AoE healing) I had to Clemency him a couple times to keep him from hitting the floor.
It was incredibly obvious that the AST was doing it out of spite, so they were removed. I asked my gf to queue in and we finished the run with no issues, and the NIN even got his cards in the end (and the BLM still got some as well too). It was just a really odd thing to see and figured it was worth sharing here.

Tank turned the first demiurge in Sophia ex while I was casting, he parried my attack, pushed me into the ice puddle effectively zombifying me, then aimed the infusion at me. I couldn't control where I was walking and the other DPS weren't making any attempts to move out of my way and they got pushed off by the AoE and I die.
We wipe and the bard proceeds to chew me out for killing the party. ʘ‿ʘ
I was doing WT this week and got this group set up, I thought it was amusing;

To all tanks who think wearing ilvl 39 STR accessories in a trial meant for people with ilvls of 60+ is an acceptable thing to do...
... how about I switch to casting accessories the next time I end up having to keep your sorry asses alive?

I've seen two big groups who still have STR accessories:
Old players who never bothered to read about changes to the game they play. Kinda mind-boggling.
And new players going off of old info. Lots of new tanks I meet ask about putting points into STR because they have looked at old guides and old recommendations. It's unfortunate.
