Running 50s roulette to get myself some extra lore and I get keeper and everything went really smooth until the last boss where the tank would not take the second dragon close to the boss at all, despite repeating myself over and over to say that it has damage resistance where it was and needed moving closer. I've just had to stop and despair for a few moments, because once it was all over everyone else in the party was all like "good job! " and I'm sitting here like "if you say so."

Queue yet again. One of the same Dps. Say to my healer buddy if he dies he can stay dead. He dies pretty quick decided to stand in 3 circles. Moans about raise we leave him but smn gets him up. Dies again minute or so later. Starts saying we both suck. Smn raises again. He gets pray so we both /goodbye him and lol. He dies leave him dead. And win the fight a couple of minutes later in 1 attempt.

My healer buddy then comments and says now you know why last party failed and it wasn't cos of us.... because this party basically 7 manned it with ease.

Said Dps then decided to make us wait for loot rolls only to moan when my buddy beat him on the spring

Ramuh Ex unsynced for WT, I am on MCH. I don't do this kind of stuff regularly, so I didn't have a solid understanding how exactly I should do my dps there.

Someone told to stop dps at 65%. Ok, I can read. We started, I was doing an ordinary mch opener, that has wildfire in it. Boss got to 65% at about 15 seconds, adds appear. I stopped dpsing boss, targeted one of adds. Then I hear wildfire explosion, adds disappear, we wipe.

P.S. It was ok 2-nd try.

Trust me, I doubt it was just the wild fire explosion.

Queued Leveling as pally with the wife's dragoon last night and got Toto-Rak. We get a sprout first-timer arcanist and a healer with astrologian as their only decently leveled healing class at 39. We get Protect, so conjurer had gotten some love, but I don't think it was much more than that. I have a lot of practice tanking Toto-Rak, and my pally is 55, so I know I'm capped on the level sync and not squishy, but I'm getting an awful lot of green sparklies around me. Second pull confirms it, I'm getting a Benefic on every GCD. Okay, maybe they're just not comfortable with AST yet. After the fourth pull, I was just done ignoring it and fighting the extra enmity geteration. "<healer name I have forgotten>, it's okay, you don't need to heal me every time the cooldown's up."

It worked. No longer did I have to fight the healer for enmity from the overheals, and they started flinging out some Malefics when I didn't need heals.

So I was doing weeping city with a few people from my static. Aside from every other alliance dying on forgall and my party killing him with ease and a little wipe on Ozma there wasn't much to it. It was actually fun.
However something spooky scary skeleton happened.

This made me laugh so hard.
A guy standing on the edge of boss room and just .....dying. Didn't get hit by aoe, doesnt have a dot from previous boss. IS AT FULL HP. Just dies.

It's an anti-cheat mechanic to prevent people or bots from purposely positioning themselves out of bound so the boss won't attack them but they'll still be considered active in the fight itself. Basically, if you stand on the purple line during those fifteen seconds before it locks you, well, you might just die.

Wiped on titan hm 4 times today....everyone was lv60 synced.

Decided to do a level 60 dungeon roulette, watched as an AST only carded the BLM. For large pulls, that made sense, but even on bosses the AST was throwing only their Balances and Arrows onto the BLM. So the NIN politely asked if they could have a couple cards too, even if it was only on bosses. The AST said nothing, but then decided to throw every single Ewer on the NIN and refused to heal him. It was pretty ridiculous, I'd never seen a healer do that before. They were quickly vote dismissed after the 2nd boss when it became apparent what was happening.

All I have to say is...

Don't queue for anything if you have to maybe afk during the run. I can understand if it's an emergency but "Brb pulling dinner out of oven" etc just pisses people off.

I had a PotD that started with a DPS going to the bathroom. I get it if it was any other queue, DPS queues are long and you never know when they're going to pop. But it's PotD and at least on Aether the queue's are always under 5min. Go to the bathroom and then queue.

Just had the most frustrating run of Sastasha normal. Had a sprout healer and sprout bard in the group.

Our tank decided he was going to spend the entire run trolling all of us. He specifically was talking trash to the healer the entire time, yelling at her that she wasn't healing fast enough. Calling the two sprouts trash for not having any jobs at 60.

And most of the run consisted of the tank and healer bickering at each other. Mobs were running amok. Tank was taking his time and decided to go out of his way to pull everything he possibly could when we all just wanted to get it done.

I just stayed silent the entire time hoping it would get better. It didn't.

When it was finally over, I gave my commendation to the bard because he did a good job and for most of the run kept out of the bickering.

I think this is the last time I queue for Duty Finder past 12 AM.
