    I've never seen a queue on Leviathan other than after a server crash or when a major patch/expansion has been released. Never occurred with a X.xx patch or most X.x ones, just major stuff like the Gold Saucer release.

    It could be the XV rush. But normally people start returning once the next patch is about to drop. So probably a bit of both.

    Balmung never had a popularity drop anyway. I don't think that game has any effect.
