So whats the excuse when the guy in the pig suit pulls out that same big sword?Why do they need to cast the illusion of the Ninja armor? Why are they trying to make their Black Mage look like a Ninja? Why aren't they playing the Ninja class instead of desecrating the aesthetics of the Ninja culture?
Questions that cannot be answered because job-specific AF gear shouldn't be shared. Regardless of it being a glamour or not.
Because creative initiatives need to be put in place to retain the identity of the job. Which is why we have the argument Yoshi presents, if you have a character that looks like a White Mage but then pulls out this massive sword... it's like why even have job gear anymore at that point? It loses all identity because it begins to be disassociated from whence it came from.
