Please lift glamour restrictions!

*shrug* I don't see why not. I just want folk to be able to wear what they want when they want it. There's no lore in the game that says it's physically impossible to glamour boots from an old summoner outfit onto some boots labeled scholar. Heck, there's no lore that I can find at all surrounding the level 60 artifact armors. The job restriction is pure gameplay, not lore.

If you are a dragoon then why not , I could see if you never picked up the job before but if you are that job already then yes. So you need no explanation on how you can be a healer and a dragoon in the first place, but you need one for why a healer can wear , a dragoon set?

It is the glamour system that needs rework not the lore.

But really... I don't want to see a healer wearing full heavy armor holding a stick spamming heals with their glorious actions xD!

The main culprit and the main reason SE won't lift, is because to let glamour go past gear restrictions it would take redoing the entire system. Which they currently do not want to devote the resources to doing that.

Eh, considering how popular glamour is, and how many people support various revisions to the system, I think it's well worth SE's time to redo it. But that's all to say that LORE is not actually the issue at all. There is zero lore in the game that contradicts being able to glamour whatever armor we want over our gear.

1) How do you feel about tanks wearing dresses? Because they can. and 2) It's not your character; you shouldn't be able to tell other people what they can and can't do with their character.

As far as i know all games actually have this restriction, the only which i am not sure about is GW2.

Incorrect. Rift and WildStar are two examples at the very least who do not. The result is a very freeing wardrobe system that allows for a great deal of creativity in outfits.
