Wow, an actual good idea. Only problem is that there'd be limits to how many people you could like/dislike, and you'd need some way to manage the lists and label people, so you know why they're there.Perhaps a system that allows you to "like" or "dislike" members in your group.
If you're in a group with people who are obnoxious and you don't ever want to group with again, you can "dislike" them, and it'll automatically skip over any future parties with that person in it.
Conversely, if you find certain people to be awesome, or much more enjoyable to play with, you can "like" them, and it'll try to group you with those people again in the future if all other conditions match, they're available, etc.
This way people can create their own filtering system and it affects no one but them.
