Look in a mirror. You're no better than the elitest raiders that demand their healer's use Cleric Stance at any and all junctures regardless of risk and the well being of the party.

If you want to have a serious conversation about telling people to be cautious about their Cleric Stance use and using it smartly, turn down the passive aggressive rhetoric and get off your high horse and actually have a discussion with merit about it. Not scream like a baby.

Again, the vast majority of players know when to use Cleric Stance, when NOT to use it, and strive towards balancing the two.

Also you said you want quicker results. You don't get quicker results if you attack ONLY when the DPS doesn't suck. And because of this mob and people like you, that number of DPS who are still complacent, clueless and can't know how to do their best NEVER changed, while there's so many more healers playing pretend DPS just to feel special as they get into dungeons faster than the actual DPS. They're arguing that good healers that contribute good DPS will make the real DPS of the game complacent because they feel they would just get carried through content via the healer's DPS contribution. Which isn't really the case because bad and lazy players will be bad and lazy regardless of what the good players do. And good DPS will complement good healer's by making content end significantly faster than normal. There's no such thing as "too much DPS" unless it causes auto-wipe triggers like it does in AAR EX Primals (which the Dev's seem to thankfully be omitting now).

I would actually argue that the biggest influence roles have on one another is healers who only heal might cause tanks to become lax in CD use. But that's even a stretch.

Quite a strawman, there. I don't think many players would agree that mechanics that punished them for exceeding performance expectations were among SE's best design choices considering that most of the game rewards you for playing to the best of your ability.

Besides, someone in favor of marginalizing CS use probably shouldn't call others out on the topic of "dumbing down" the game.
