Do Not add Raiding at ALL for 4.0

If you are not raiding you don't need the best gear. Therefore there is no need to be able to obtain the best gear in other ways. Problem solved.

But also if you are raiding then you don't need the best gear either. Because you've already cleared the raid before you get the gear... so what do raiders need the best gear for?

This is part of the problem with the current progression system.

just wish raiding was more meaningful and worthwhile personally. but I wish the same thing with all the games content
