I see no problem with adding more ways to get top gear(that take skill)... I don't agree with removing current raiding even if it is memory based. I also find memorizing my battles boring. So I feel OP a bit

They really need to take some notes from XI and diversify the end-game. Not that raiding isn't fun/shouldn't be rewarded - it's just a little boring in comparison to being able to plan a different event each night for an FC like back in XI.
Diadem had potential but was botched - maybe they can fix it, they haven't said much about what they plan to do so I'm not sure they understand why it didn't work in the first place.
My hopes for 4.0 right now primarily rest on Eureka being something new/different/worthwhile.
Yeah, I gotta agree. Each expansion offered two or three endgame activities that provided top-notch gear - and since most of those expansions had the same level cap of 75, by the time they got to Wings of the Goddess there were nearly a dozen different endgame activities that were all providing loot that was still relevant to the game. They really need to take some notes from XI and diversify the end-game. While this game may never see that, I don't think it'd be out of the question to diversify a bit, change up the formula so that trial weapon -> early raids -> supplement with tome gear -> later raids isn't the only way to gear to max.
