I mean I've seen a lot of Healers in Lv.60 content not know the basics of healing as well. If a player wants to learn the game and be good at it then they will do so.

But I don't wanna tank with a noob healer, I rather DPS instead and not get the blame. Even if the healer is bad, the tank gets the blame so no ty lol I rather go mnk. Another scenario, healer wants big pulls and keeps crying, tank says: yeah no u don't even give protection or proper heals when I pop big CD. As a dps I was like: poor tank :/
