Will JP Fan Fest Items come to NA?

Japanese fan events, concerts, stage shows, and some movies offer lightsticks or glowsticks for Wotagei. Usually the specific colors are for cheering on specific characters/people. I am actually very happy to see Glow Sticks for the Fanfest since it's a brilliant idea to have them and never thought there could be XIV themed ones. I am pretty much into Idol things and stuff so I knew what they are for. It's just so sad, since I really want to have a set myself, someday, that they're always sold out pretty quickly. (Looking at you Final Love Live! ... and now they're going for an insane amout of money lol.) But I never knew the term for that awesome cheering perfomance- so thanks!
