The jewelry price doesn't surprise me. I've wanted the official Yuna pendant since SE first put it out back in the early 2000's when I was a wee middle schooler https://store.na.square-enix.com/pro...r-pendant-yuna and it has always been about that much.

If you actually see their jewelry up close it looks nice. A lot of SE's jewelry gets bootlegged eventually but if you compare it to the real thing the fake one will be very clunky and cheap by comparison in my experience. An example. You get what you pay for ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .

Japanese fan events, concerts, stage shows, and some movies offer lightsticks or glowsticks for Wotagei. Usually the specific colors are for cheering on specific characters/people. Here's an example of it from a fan festival they do every year for the "Tales of" JRPG series https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRIXD8yAO60 . It shows up a lot in anime and junk too, like Idolm@ster had a neat Wotegei scene that's a good example of how the lights and cheering can add to the performance https://youtu.be/gPImVFuXkE8?t=15s .

I am actually very happy to see Glow Sticks for the Fanfest since it's a brilliant idea to have them and never thought there could be XIV themed ones. I am pretty much into Idol things and stuff so I knew what they are for. It's just so sad, since I really want to have a set myself, someday, that they're always sold out pretty quickly. (Looking at you Final Love Live! ... and now they're going for an insane amout of money lol.) But I never knew the term for that awesome cheering perfomance- so thanks!

Some of the items have "venue advance release" on the JP FanFest goods page now... that's a small sign of hope at least! Would love to get an official comment though
