    Then the game assumes you finished all ARR content, seems simple enough. Even if it's not, they'll have to do something about it to make jump potions work anyway, so it hardly seems a valid reason to write the idea off.

    I feel like there is a better way to do this that doesn't lock someone out of going back and doing quest content. If Blizzard and ArenaNet can figure it out, then SE can. >_> They just need to find a way to unflag the "intro to HW" quest so that it can be picked up as soon as one hits 50 (while simultaneously removing the requirements to be on X story quest to unlock dungeons or jobs).

    Not to be mean but either SE has designed a poorly designed game. Or staffing problems of monumental proportion in all directions (ego,understaffed,under skilled). Look at how long basic report functions took to implement. Games decades older have better systems in place.
