You may want to read the whole 6pages where OP complained about ppl who send him/her a /tell (real players) before posting smth. My point is you don't need the player search to make a bot that send out /tells to random ppl (hint use lodestone data etc.). Besides that RMT tells are very rare in general on gilgamesh even basically non existed. But oh well since no one can find smth besides the "rmt" excuse this is getting boring. I wonder if u even read all pages.

So this person has "visited" me.. alot. And it's pretty annoying. Yet sadly he isn't doing anything to ban him for other than be around. And a blacklist wont fix it. We don't want him near our FC. We don't want him near us.

Following/visiting someone multiple times is harassment which can result in a ban. Check the pic of my ban few pages ago. You don't have to troll or anything simply following etc. is enough.

You are arguing something at least 8 people on here are for. You are clearly outnumbered and your argument isn't even that good. You can do all those clicks and typing you want to get someone banned if you want, but I'll take an OPTION that would make it so that I don't even need to do that.

Isn't even that good? That goes for both sides. Outnumbered? And? Does that make someone's opinion less valid I don't think so. That's like saying if alot of ppl don't like a game I have to dislike it too.

Every time someone is reported, that means someone has to look over it, even at least just read it to determine if it's worth looking into.

The option to mitigate the need to report reduces the workload for those people, and does nothing to harm new players. If someone chooses to hide themselves from player search, they probably aren't someone to ask help from.

This option has nothing to do with tells and people can already opt to turn off the tell chime and filter tells out altogether, so the option to hide from player search isnt going to exacerbate that particular issue.

I did read the whole 6 pages and I can honestly say I have no idea what your arguments are beyond "there are already other, more cumbersome ways to deal with harassment after the fact so why implement a measure to prevent it ever happening in the first place", which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Also, that there's little RMT on Greg doesn't mean a thing. Greg is not all servers.
