does any other tank here like making healers work hard?

If I see a healer not even trying to dps off goes the tank stance. Will still pop cooldowns etc including max-potions (<3 what potd has done for tanks in this) but that's more like "I hate seeing healers just stand around" than "I like making them work hard".

So because the healer isn't dpsing. You'd rather put your entire group at risk...
