This is wholey unnecessary as monster drops are already used in crafting (leatherworker as Wolf_Heartnet pointed out). It is also a "gathering" skill that requires battle content completely in order to function, and the separation needs to be there as DoL-DoH/DoW-DoM are two different demographics.
