Please open floors 101-200 to queue!!

I would be very willing to compromise with a system that allows me to turn 4 peoples no death matched runs (51-100) into a fixed party run to enter floor 101 right away.

Part of the challenge comes from having to restart if your party wipes. And obviously, if this were to be extended to df, they would have to get rid of it because it would be entirely too easy to troll people or accidentally ruin other people's progress. Would you not be EXTREMELY pissed off if some random group wiped you on floor 199 because they did something stupid and you then had to restart at floor 51? Without that, the difficulty would take a massive nerf. Think of it as wiping at 35% on a raid boss and then just restarting at 50%. That said, it's not really difficult anyway, as long as you don't go LOLFACEROLLWHEEEE running around the floor like an idiot. And yes, I've cleared it twice, working on a third clear, haven't wiped a single time (although we came close on the chimeras once on floor 181).

And now imagine the flame posts if people get 9 chimeras on floor 184 like we did yesterday. After 181 you need communication and teamwork and that is a thing that not really exists with randoms.

For some people it is, people like me who don't have the time or people I trust that log on the same time as me. You could argue PF, but the chances of being able to flawlessly organise a PF PotD run without someone quitting is risky.

This gating actually makes the later floors dead content to me, and that is not good game design.

I don't see how people justify the 51-100 gating when its not hard at all its just time consuming no matter how u look at it.

Thanks, so I shouldn't play the game because the game arbitrarily told me I can't? I log on in off peak times on my server due to temporary life circumstances. I used to be an avid raider so this kind of content is one that I not only have the interest to do, but also the ability. The dev team have actively been removing gating from the game and making all kinds of content accessible (including raiding), which is why this is such a kick in the teeth.

As I said before, there are measures that can be taken to both keep the challenge and allow it to be more accessible. Which I feel is much better feedback than "don't play the game you have invested years into"

You guys against the idea of opening floor 101-200, you do realize you would still be able to run as a premade group even if they did open it to the DF? Why not allow us the chance to run without a static if you guys are all able to run with a static? It makes no sense to me to justify this not being on the DF simply because it's "difficult content that requires coordination" especially when there is nothing keeping you from going with your own premade group. Just don't queue in with pugs, you won't get the "terrible randoms" you are so afraid of running with.

No one is telling you NOT to play the game - floors 101-200 are a minor part of the game as whole, you can get basically everything without ever seeing them - no story, rewards can be bought on the market board, weapon can be achieved due to running 1-100...

To everyone whos saying it doesnt matter if it goes DF because you still can run with a premade: it DOES matter, because the devs have to design the content a certain way and if they assume/can assume a premade, balanced party, they can make different choices design-wise. If it goes into DF and people arent able to clear it and get their progress ruined by randoms, what do you think is going to happen? Right, massive outburst on the forums, asking for nerfs, claiming its to difficult, complaining about how they didnt got a tank/healer/dps in their party... depending on how the content is played, different choices can be made.
In this case: content requires a premade group, ergo it can be harder.

If you want/have to play this game solo - do it, by all means, theres tones of stuff to do that doesnt require friends/a static/a premade group. I have yet to see 101-200 myself because some friends didnt had time yet - but I actually enjoy playing with them, so maybe thats why I dont mind...

It just takes 3 other people who are able to log in for that time and are able to communicate, work as a team and know how their classes work. The Floors 181+ are not that easy that you could do that brain afk.

I would be completly fine with opening that for the DF stuff but the complains and incomming nerfs of the floors would be a issue because they are meant to be challenging and. And please don't tell me it would be easy to do for most of the DF people because many already wipe in the floors 71+ since they don't pay attention.
